Where do I get the keys to the property?

Keys are delivered personally by our concierge upon arrival.

Is the property located in a safe place?

The property is located within the Bonita Village Complex with 24 hour security

Do you allow pets?

This has some flexibility for small, trained pets with a security deposit in case of damage.

Am I allowed to play loud music and until what time?

Out of respect for other guests, the rule is that you can listen to music at decent levels and after 11:00 PM it should be at a level you can have a normal conversation

At what distance from the property are the shops Supermarkets, restaurants

All shops, supermarkets, banks, pastries are about 10-12 minutes from the properties.

What is the cost of the Chef's service?

The chef service is complementary for breakfast at Ribera Mar and has a cost of $ 35 dollars for the preparation of lunch or dinner for the group.

I see the 4 wheels in some photos of the villas, are they included in the rent?

Golf carts and ATV’s are available for rent.

Is there a restaurant within the complex?

There are no restaurants within the Bonita Village complex. All are located along Playa Las Ballenas.

Will we be alone in the villa or is it shared?

Each apartment is independent from the others with a private entrance. Shared spaces such as stairs and parking lots green areas are wide so they allow distance.
